Happy National Puppy Day!
To celebrate, some of our young people have been drawing puppies by following instructions, this develops their fine motor skills, and of course our therapy dogs received lots of special cuddles!
Preparations have already started for Mother’s Day and our young people are taking part in lots of activities surrounding this day. Our young people have been completing an activity where they discuss their mothers’ traits and what she does which makes her an amazing mother. One young person used amazing verbal skills to describe the way his mother looks, by describing her facial features to another person who used this to draw her. Mother’s Day wordsearches have also been completed in super-fast times!
